1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request to cancel a service or order by contacting us at srihari@glorysoftware.com.

  • Cancellation requests should be made prior to the commencement of the service or delivery of the product.

  • Once the service has started or the product has been delivered, cancellations may not be accepted.

  • Any approved cancellation will be confirmed via email.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered only for services not yet delivered or products that are defective/damaged on delivery.

  • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the purchase or delivery. Include your order/invoice details.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted

  • Digital products or software once downloaded or accessed

  • Products returned without original packaging or in damaged condition due to misuse


4. Partial Refunds
