1. Cancellation Policy

a) Project-Based Services

  • You may request a project cancellation by emailing sri@glorysoftwaretech.com.

  • If work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued (excluding any third-party fees already incurred).

  • If the project is in progress, charges will apply based on the percentage of work completed up to the cancellation date.

b) Monthly or Ongoing Services (e.g., maintenance, hosting)

  • Ongoing services can be cancelled at any time by giving at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations received after a billing cycle has started will apply to the next cycle; no pro-rata refunds are given for partial months.

2. Refund Policy

a) Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • The project has not yet started.

  • The delivered service is proven to be significantly different from what was agreed in writing (after review).

  • A technical issue on our end prevents us from delivering the service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

b) Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the project has started.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content).

  • Services that involve third-party purchases or subscriptions (e.g., domains, hosting, paid plugins).

  • Completed projects or milestones already delivered and approved.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or another agreed method.

4. Disputes and Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Our goal is to maintain transparency and long-term relationships.
