Subscription Terms

These terms apply to monthly retainer plans offered by Glory Software Technologies (“we”, “us”) including Website Care, SEO, Social Media, AI Chatbot, and Digital Partner plans.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through PayPal.
- Each subscription runs for 12 monthly billing cycles, unless cancelled earlier.
- After 12 months, billing stops automatically. We will contact you before renewal with a new subscription link if you wish to continue.
- Prices on our website at the time of signup apply to your subscription.
What’s included
- Each plan includes a monthly effort allowance (hours) and listed deliverables as described on our packages page.
- “Unlimited requests” means you may submit as many tasks as you like; we process them in a queue within your included monthly effort.
- Work beyond included effort requires prior approval — roll to next month, add-on time, or plan upgrade.
Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime through your PayPal account: Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments.
- Service continues through the end of the billing period already paid. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
- We may pause or cancel service for non-payment, abuse of fair-use terms, or requests outside agreed scope.
Onboarding
After subscribing, share your website URL and required access (e.g. WordPress admin, hosting, Google Business Profile) within 5 business days. Onboarding begins within 1–2 business days of payment and receiving necessary access.
Year 2 renewal
We do not auto-renew beyond 12 cycles. Before your plan ends, we’ll email you a renewal link for the next 12-month term. Pricing may be updated with notice.
